The Gin collection was created to commemorate the original name of this House, ‘Es Ginebrar’, when juniper fields made up the surrounding landscape. Although there is no longer an abundance of juniper, the plant that gives gin its name, in the area, but the house still offers a gift for all gin lovers: almond blossom.
Our friends at the Palma Gin Distillery gather the blossoms every year to make their exquisite Mallorcan gin, in what is a wonderful coincidence and perhaps something that was just meant to be.
